Attune is a brand of easy-to-use, hassle free, high-tech products that actually deliver the desired effects, granting male customers access to quality natural skincare specifically designed for the needs of male skin.
Attune skincare products are formulated to rebalance male skin, energize and protect with the combination of natural and high-tech ingredients. So the brand identity should imply a fresh, masculin vibe.
Our
Our mission was to differentiate Attune from any other brand of cosmetics dedicated to men, while visually illustrating their mantra: be in tune! We built the brand’s identity taking into account the fact that they want to constantly explore and create new products to offer effective solutions, tailored to men’s skin. Therefore a strong visual identity helps in building the brand’s sympathy and community around its products.
The
When we began the logo construction, we took into account not only their mantra, be in tune, but also their core values that can describe each and every one of their products: Harmonious and Restoring balance and the very specific target: men. This is why we created a modern rendering of Solomon’s knot, an ancient element suggesting a shield or the foundation for something greater, later on borrowed by the Celts, but representing manhood along the history.
In terms of colors, we created a mix of green, the color of nature, symbolizing growth, harmony, freshness, fertility and orange, that represents enthusiasm, happiness, determination. Our pattern is made of basic geometric shapes, in the idea that “form follows function” following our inspiration from the Bauhaus movement, which is represented in all our visuals.
The
With such a great brand and it’s fresh personality, we needed some photographs to tell the same story. The best product photography, similar to other types of photographs, needs good light, focus and color. In order to respect the natural ingredients used for creating the products, we chose natural light sources and, in some cases, even natural elements or even products ingredients, such as oranges.
The
Masculine, but friendly, fresh and full of vitality. We wanted the design of the website to be simple and clean, because this will catch the attention – having an interface that will give the user a pleasant experience. In addition it had to be easy to use, with responsive structure. We have built the homepage of the site as a showcase of the business, where users can find out about the brand and its products.
The
Working for such a masculine and fresh brand challenged us in finding the balance between all brands elements, while granting male customers access to quality natural skincare specifically designed for the needs of male skin, through an online shop. The great feedback from the client along with the one from their customers proved us that we had the right approach.
